Having problems viewing clips?
The two most common reasons for not being able to play clips are: 1. You are not using the appropriate player. The ONLY player you can use is Qucktime 7.3.1 or higher. There is a link under the store banner that you can click on to download the player for free. People often assume that if they have Quicktime already it should work, but only the most recent version will play the clips, so you may need to upgrade your player if you do already have it.
2. The user hasn't finished downloading the clip, or tried to watch the clip while it was still downloading. Check that you've got the complete file, and if not, finish downloading by way of the link provided when you purchased the clips.
You must make certain that your computer is capable of running the appropriate version of Quicktime prior to purchase. These videos are NOT available in any other format.
